I think I've submited a post that the answer is here. But I have some doubts regarding the notations:

1) Does nCk(n,m) is the same as C(n,m) - number of combinations of n, m at m?
2) What is min(k,m)?
3) Is, so, f= S (C(k,i)*C(n-k,m-i)) ?

Hi, Another day, in another forum, regarding the formula: C(n,k,t,m)=b I was thinking that for m=t, the ideal wheeling system would be: b >= Comb(n,t) / Comb(k,t) For instance: if we have a lotto 6/49, and we pick 10 numbers, and we wish to have a 4 if we have 4 numbers right, then: b >= Comb(10,4) ...
