WG is already finished in terms of development, however I have to complete the supplementary tasks such as updating the website before making it available. In about 3 weeks from now, I expect it to be available to download.

The link you have provided is for downloading Lotto Architect, not WG. Actually you can't find a link for WG since I haven't made any available yet. As for WG's progress, its at the completion of testing it. Next follows setting up the website and after that... it will be available ;) cheers lottoar...
