hits delay

hope everybodys doing awesome
i have a draw today and i am confused with a particular gat id selection(1/15), delay to produce atleast one hit is at 19, it is at a cold cycle and is not been hitting for the last 18 consecutive draws, it is placed at number 3 on the table, last time the number that hit was at number 3, the gat id is at 273782509, i feel like using it, but not sure as its on a cold cycle.. a little confused, kindly help me as soon as possible.
