Mega Millions / Power Ball - USA

Trying to open the "Sample game 545 + 1 Power ball " and "Sample game 649 + 1 bonus ball". Using text editor "Edit Pad Lite 7". Need to know the "font" and which text encoding to use to make it readable. I am using a windows computer with XP Pro 64 bit operating system.

If you try to access the .drw files, these are not text files and cannot access them with any text editor. If you refer to other files, like the .ini these are typical ANSI style text, unicode/UTF-8 should be avoided.
